On November 26, 2019 a classroom forum on the history of Democratic Kampuchea (1975-1979) and of Anlong Veng community was held at Trapaeng Prei Secondary School in Anlong Veng district. Fifty six students participated and took keen interest in asking about communism, intolerance, hatred and also the definition of genocide. Half of them were born to parents who migrated and joined the Khmer Rouge in Anlong Veng, while many of them are also new comers.
