outboard motor davit lift lagoon...made from swimming pool ladder and sch 40 PVC, tested with 62# spackle bucket + 21# centenary (lead)... used to lower 57# Mercury 6hp from bulkhead down 4feet and mount on tin boat. Tow strap w/ eye ring uses front and back loops which move together when eye is lifted.
