NOTES ON THIS SET OF SPECTRAL CHAOS: This set is highly illegal and you are breaking the law scumbag. Just as Garfield intended. Do not be a mega-perp and print these cards to sell! You will be hounded down, exiled from the OS community and forced to walk the desolate halls of shame alongside such tragic figures as Daniel Chang and Brian Weissman. Print these out for your own use only, at your own peril! You’re already going to Hell for pretending to be a wizard and dabbling in occultist rituals, so why not go the full hog? This particular version of “Spectral Chaos” takes certain artistic interpretations with the card titles. Spectral Chaos features staples already established in Alpha BUT with slightly different casting costs. For this reason, I have slightly changed some card names so as to draw attention to the fact that they’re not exactly the same card and to ensure their updated casting costs are not overlooked (for example; “Disenchant” has been renamed to “Disenchanted” as it has a revised cost of 2W). Names of other cards have been changed due to a lack of suitable artwork that would fit it’s description. For example, “Gymnasium” has been edited to “Training Pit” as I just couldn’t find a suitably old school looking fantasy Gym to steal! Other slight errata’s to the set include making “Goblin Foresters” into “Orc Foresters”. Since our small playgroup initially played with this set as sealed, and the set features many Orcs and no Goblins, I thought it was fitting to attempt to make the Orc tribe viable in our casual environment. A notable errata is the fact that I granted the poor creature “Harpy” the flying ability and it’s casting cost has been increased by one colorless mana to reflect this. Why? Because Harpies fly, Barry. No “Frozen Shades” or “Whippoorwills” here! Or are there? These cards are presented here in their chronological set number order, from Commons through to Very Rares and bonus Token cards at the end. Spotted an error; be it a typo, grammatically or mechanically? Then go cry about it to someone who gives a shit you nerd.
