Meeting and discussion with 7 CamboCorps (all females). Most of the volunteers are first- and second-year students of the Faculty of Social Affairs and Social Sciences. On May 14, 2023, all the volunteers came to attend a face-to-face meeting with Pheng Pong Rasy and Roem Sreysros to discuss the working process and to provide some specific documents before they begin their first-time working with KR survivors in the field. A) Guidance and discussion of local work processes: All volunteers are introduced to their roles, responsibilities, and methods of meeting and interviewing survivors of the Khmer Rouge regime. Role: Cambodian Volunteers of the Documentation Center of Cambodia. Task: Research and compile the history of Khmer Rouge survivors. Duties: Meet and interview Khmer Rouge survivors at home. Process and method: (1) Short video recording: The topic: "Unforgettable life experiences under the Khmer Rouge regime". (2) Use existing questionnaires. (3) Record the interview during the use of the questionnaires (from beginning to end). (4) Take photos of the interviewer and the surrounding landscape. (5) Maintain the documents collected to provide to the team leader every week. (6) Provide all interview documents to the team leader. (7) Meeting with the team leader (face-to-face meeting) every Tuesday of each week. B) Documents handed over to volunteers for use during the performance of work activities: All volunteers are handed over the following necessary documents: (1) Questionnaire prepared by the Documentation Center of Cambodia (20 copies each). (2) Instructions on the roles and responsibilities of volunteers (one copy per person). (3) Sample list of survivors interviewed by volunteers (10 copies each). This list is for CamboCorps to record the names of survivors they have already interviewed. (4) Timesheet sample that each volunteer must complete in relation to their weekly performance. (5) A list of all survivors in Tram Kak district that the first to fourth generation volunteers have already met. This offer is for the volunteers to verify before they decide to conduct the interview, as we do not want the volunteers to meet with the same person. ការជួបជុំ និងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តកម្ពុជា ចំនួន៧នាក់ (ស្រីទាំងអស់)។ អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តភាគច្រើន គឺជានិស្សិតឆ្នាំទី១ និងទី២ នៃមហាវិទ្យាល័យ សង្គមកិច្ច និងក្រេត្សសាស្ត្រ។ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តទាំងអស់បានមកចូលរួមប្រជុំដោយផ្ទាល់ជាមួយ ផេង ពង្សរ៉ាស៊ី ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាការងារ និងទទួលយកឯកសារមួយចំនួន មុនពេលដែលអ្នកទាំងនោះចុះទៅធ្វើកិច្ចការនៅតាមមូលដ្ឋាន។ ក) ការណែនាំ និងពិភាក្សាពីដំណើរការការងារនៅក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន៖ អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តទាំងអស់ ត្រូវបានណែនាំឲ្យស្គាល់ពីតួនាទី ភារកិច្ច កាតព្វកិច្ច និងវិធីសាស្ត្រនានាក្នុងការជួប និងសម្ភាសអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហម។ តួនាទី៖ អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តកម្ពុជា នៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារកម្ពុជា។ ភារកិច្ច៖ ស្រាវជ្រាវ និងចងក្រងប្រវត្តិរឿងរ៉ាវរបស់អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហម។ កាតព្វកិច្ច៖ ជួប និងសម្ភាសអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហមនៅតាមគេហដ្ឋាន។ ដំណើរការ និងវិធីសាស្ត្រ៖ (១) ថតវីដេអូខ្លី៖ ប្រធានបទ «បទពិសោធន៍ជីវិតក្រោមរបបខ្មែរក្រហមដែលពុំអាចបំភ្លេចបាន»។ (២) ប្រើប្រាស់កម្រងសំណួរដែលមានស្រាប់។ (៣) ថតសម្លេងសម្ភាស ក្នុងពេលប្រើប្រាស់កម្រសំណួរពីដើមរហូតដល់ចប់។ (៤) ថតរូបអ្នកសម្ភាស និងទេសភាពជុំវិញ។ (៥) ថែរក្សាឯកសារដែលបានប្រមូល ដើម្បីផ្តល់ដល់ប្រធានក្រុមជារៀងរាល់សប្តាហ៍។ (៦) ប្រគល់ឯកសារសម្ភាសទាំងអស់ដល់ប្រធានក្រុម។ (៧) ជួបប្រជុំជាមួយប្រធានក្រុម (ប្រជុំដោយផ្ទាល់) នៅរៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃអង្គារ៍ នៃសប្តាហ៍នីមួយៗ។ ខ) ឯកសារប្រគល់ឲ្យអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត ដើម្បីប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងពេលអនុវត្តសកម្មភាពការងារ៖ អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តទាំងអស់ ត្រូវបានប្រគល់ឲ្យឯកសារចាំបាច់មួយចំនួនដូចខាងក្រោម៖ (១) កម្រងសំណួរ រៀបរៀងដោយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារកម្ពុជា (ម្នាក់២០ច្បាប់)។ (២) សេចក្តីណែនាំពីតួនាទី និងភារកិច្ចរបស់អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត (ម្នាក់១ច្បាប់)។ (៣) គំរូបញ្ជីឈ្មោះរបស់អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិត ដែលអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តបានសម្ភាស (ម្នាក់១០ច្បាប់)។ បញ្ជីនេះ គឺសម្រាប់អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តកម្ពុជា កត់ត្រាបញ្ចូលនូវឈ្មោះអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតដែលខ្លួនបានសម្ភាសរួចរាល់។ (៤) គំរូលទ្ធផលការងារ (Timesheet) ដែលអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តម្នាក់ៗត្រូវបំពេញ ទាក់ទងនឹងលទ្ធផលការងាររបស់ខ្លួនប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍។ (៥) បញ្ជីឈ្មោះអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតទាំងអស់នៅក្នុងស្រុកត្រាំកក់ ដែលអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តជំនាន់ទី១ដល់ទី៤ បានជួបរួចរាល់។ ការផ្តល់នេះ គឺដើម្បីឲ្យអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តទាំងនោះផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់មុនពេលដែលខ្លួនសម្រេចចិត្តធ្វើការសម្ភាស ព្រោះថា យើងមិនចង់ឲ្យអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តទាំងនោះ ជួប នងសម្ភាសមនុស្សដដែលៗ។
