I took a file to some old electrical contacts to shape them for this project. Then I polished them a bit and soldered on some wire thick enough to take the load. Then I basically made a mold and overmoulded the electrodes with epoxy putty. The plug adapter I made is 3D printed. The 2 plugs are press-fit into place.
As you can see four wires some out, 2 go to the XT connector, and to are connected together. If you mess up which is which and attach them this rigidly I think the short made over this thick of a wire will ruin the battery and the plug so test and verify at each step!
I'm not gonna give you any wiring diagrams other than the reference to the patent. Your safety is in your own hands.
