Full article on XDA-Developers: https://www.xda-developers.com/google-pixel-4-astrophotography-preview-google-camera-7-0 YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXxEgrh-q0Q We used a modified version of the leaked Google Camera 7.0 to enable the hidden Night Sight improvements that we think powers Astrophotography on the Pixel 4. All photos were taken on the Pixel 3 XL running Android 10, with either Google Camera 6.3 or the modded Google Camera 7.0. Photos labeled "Google Pixel 3 XL" were taken on Google Camera 6.3, while photos labeled "QCAM-AA QCAM-AA" were taken on the modded Google Camera 7.0. All photos were taken at night in my backyard using a tripod to force Night Sight to use the maximum exposure time. For GCam 7.0, I also used the new Infinity focus for Night Sight that seems designed for this.
