Sprinkle salt on shredded cucumber and let sit for 10 minutes.
Spices: Crushed black pepper, garlic powder, dill weed seed. Liquids: Olive oil, lemon juice.
Squeeze moisture out of cucumber. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate two hours before using.
