BONALU festival is celebrated annually in the Telangana twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, as well as in other parts of the state. It is celebrated in the month of Ashada Masam, in July and/or August. The Pre Primary students of Pallavi Model School, Bowenpally came up with an innovative way during the pandemic and celebrated Bonalu virtually.
