Film screening Don't Think I've Forgotten The group was led by Mr. Lay Mong Seng, a teacher at Hun Sen Peareang high school with his cousins, Ngor Ngim and Chan Wai Chun, who are survivors from Khmer Rouge genocidal regime. They moved to France after the regime fell. Mr. Lay Mong Seng mentioned that "it's important for students to learn about Khmer Rouge History. We don't want this regime to happen again."
